The eAdventure starts...

Ciaossu~
H kun here.

I won't be doing a fancy article for this but I'd like to say that I'm leaving ePH for an indefinite amount of time. The reason is, as the title of this article states, an eAdventure. Long I have been wanting to travel around the world and gain other CS just for the hell of it.
I wanna have fun - not saying ePH wasn't fun, cause it really was -, since this is a game and all games are made for that.
Maybe, I'll return. Maybe not. But I can say nothing but this : Once an ePinoy, always an ePinoy!

Special thanks to the following folks :
Berritas - I'll miss you and your helis
Sigurd Aasen - eDad, I have grown up!
indielfi - I mean, seriously, everyone loves you!
mirek12345 - I have early access in Pottermore!
JhamAreola - want some lolis?
Daniel Samarin - I won't be your slave anymore, eBioligical dad!
Requiem Domine - Che

Done with the copy pasting.... So I'm going to eJapan but I'll still be here.
Also for the reason of my inactivity was because I went on vacation... to Rome. :)
Well, that's all I can say for now.

Signing off,

eRepublik + Shogi

eRepublik
These last few days, eRepublik has been bugging alot. It pisses me off. Well, the admins won't probably care about my opinion anyways.
And eIndonesia NE'd us again. "Training War" they say. I hope it's true. Or we'll get wiped out for the 2nd time this month. Way to go *cough* *cough*.

PAC members should go back to ePH at once and await for war!

So, I have started learning Shogi 2 days ago. What is Shogi? Well it's a Japanese variant of the famous game called CHESS.
However, Shogi is more complicated (IMO) because it has many differences compared to Chess but I think this one interesting rule makes it completely more challenging than Chess in terms of tactics/strategies: The "Drop" rule.
Quoting time : "Perhaps the enduring popularity of Shogi can be attributed to its 'drop rule'; it was the first chess variant wherein captured pieces could be returned to the board to be used as one's own. David Pritchard credits the drop rule to the practice of 16th century mercenaries who switched loyalties when captured—no doubt as an alternative to execution."

I have yet to buy a board and the pieces but I have found some various free websites where to play Shogi (either against AI or online). Well, I'm not yet good enough to be able to go online so don't except me meeting in some in case you'll get interested by it.

For those who are interested and don't know how to play, I recommend watching this guy's magnificent tutorial. If you keep watching, you'll see that I have no further need to discuss about it as he says almost everything.

Anyways, I think that's it for now... What should my next article talk about?

Yay for congress + My fave manga

This article is about my 3 favorite manga but first I'll talk about some eRepublik related stuff.

I just got into congress again for the 3rd consecutive month! Yay! Funny thing is, I've got 2 secret voters, one of 'em which I assume was the same secret voter I had last month. So yeah, thank you for these 2 voters + a friend of mine, opdude.
I'll try my best to help ePH improve!

Now about the manga :

1. Death Note (Creator : Tsugumi Ohba - Manga Artist : Takeshi Obata)
You don't know this manga? Shame on you.

Description
It is a Mystery/Psychological thriller/Supernatural thriller manga about an intelligent guy who resents crimes, Yagami Light, and who finds a weird notebook, the Death Note.
But it is no ordinary notebook, as the humans whose name is written in the notebook inevitably dies.
Light, taking advantage of the Death Note, starts to punish criminals. However, the increase of the number of inexplicable deaths catches the attention of the International Police Organisation and the world famous detective (also the most awesome manga character ever created), "L". Using inhabitual experiments, L quickly learns the location of "Kira", publice name of the serial killer, and starts to find out its identity.
So practically, this manga is about L trying to find out who is Kira to imprison him and Kira trying to find out L's name in order to kill him. Of course, it'll go way beyond that afterwards.

My opinion
This is a true masterpiece which I recommend alot. Maybe the only thing I disliked in this manga was something that happened to L.

2. Liar Game (Creator and Illustrator : Shinobu Kaitani)
So what is this about? About a game full of liars? Well, I'll have to say yes. BUT the main protagonist is a naive but honest girl, Kanzaki Nao. Then how the hell can she win the game? No idea since it is still ongoing but she has a valuable friend (and maybe a lover?) with her : An ex Swindler (and the 2nd most awesome manga character), Akiyama Shin'ichi.

Description
The Story begins when naive Nao unwillingly joins this Liar Game Tournament -(LGT) round 1. The rules were quite simple : protect the money the LGT has lent to her while trying to rob the money the LGT has lent to her opponent. But naive Nao gets fooled by her opponent easily, as it was none other than her favorite (I think) teacher. Knowing that she got fooled, she then went to ask various people to help her and after hearing a lawyer's advice, she went to see the ex con man, Akiyama. Together, they create an awesome plan to win against the teacher but naive Nao just had to do a thing that was going to forced them to continue through different rounds (ie different games) in the LGT.

My Opinion
It is a very good Mystery/Psychological/Drama manga that can make you go wouah! after hearing Akiyama's awesome plan in order to win the games. If I have something to hate in this manga, it is Nao's naiveness as it puts awesome Akiyama in danger sometimes. :(

3. Katekyo Hitman Reborn (KHR) (creator and illustrator : Akira Amano)
Yes. It is a female manga artist's work. And yes it is about Hitmen and Mafias! But of course, it has some supernatural stuffs in it.

Description
So the story starts when "No-Good Tsuna", full name Sawada Tsunayoshi, is chosen by the current Vongola boss to be the successor of this big mafia family.
Knowing nothing about the Mafia life, he had no choice but to undergo various training from an INFANT hitman, Reborn, most of 'em consist on using the "Deathperate bullet" or "Dying Will Bullet" (I prefer the latter name), a special bullet making the target be "reborn" with a stronger self intent on fullfilling his dying will. During this training, he meets various people : some will become his friends and members of his own Vongola family, some are from allies of the Vongola, and of course, some are bad guys.
This manga is about Tsuna's way to becoming the Tenth Vongola Boss.

My Opinion
At first, it is about random funny, sometimes childish, stuffs about his daily life but through the manga, the stories become more and more interesting (his contest against the 9th boss's son to see who is the true successor of the Mafia etc. etc.).
So for me, the beginning of the manga is what I hate the most.

Well, that's it for now, folks. My next article should be about Shogi. o_O

EDIT : sorry for my mistake in the plural manga and thank you to tetsuya_tameru for telling me about it. Domo arigatou gozaimasu! \o/
